At KŪBS, we believe your order should arrive with the same care and intention with which it was designed. We are pleased to offer free shipping with no minimum purchase on all orders within Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.
Please note that order processing begins once payment has been successfully authorized and released to KŪBS. Orders with payments that remain pending or under review cannot be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully completed.
Payment Processing & PayPal
Payments made through PayPal may occasionally require additional processing time before the payment is successfully authorized and released. The time required to process a PayPal payment is determined by PayPal and may vary depending on the transaction.
For orders paid through PayPal, the 1-business-day processing period and delivery timeframe begin only after the payment has been successfully processed and released to KŪBS.
Because inventory availability may change while a payment is pending, KŪBS cannot guarantee product availability or the original delivery timeframe until payment has been successfully processed. If an item sells out while a payment remains pending, the order may need to be fulfilled from another KŪBS warehouse or location, which may result in additional transit time.
For the fastest and safest possible order processing and delivery, we recommend using a credit card or Apple Pay at checkout, as these payment methods allow for faster payment authorization.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location, carrier operations, payment processing, or peak travel seasons.
The 1–3 business day delivery timeframe begins after your order has been successfully processed and shipped.

Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from Canada and the United States. KŪBS will generally fulfill orders from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination where inventory is available.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If inventory is unavailable in the warehouse serving your region, KŪBS may fulfill your order from another location. In such cases, additional transit time may apply.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, KŪBS is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to payment processing delays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
