Lifetime Warranty Policy

All KŪBS packing cubes are backed by a Lifetime Warranty on the zipper for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from KŪBS or an authorized retailer and is non-transferable.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the packing cube, including:

  • Zippers that break, separate, jam, or otherwise fail to function as intended under normal use.
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that impair the performance of the packing cube.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Fabric damage, including tears, punctures, abrasions, stains, discoloration, or fading.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, improper storage, or overpacking.
  • Damage resulting from alterations, modifications, or repairs not authorized by KŪBS.
  • Cosmetic imperfections or changes that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.
  • Loss, theft, or destruction of the product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@kubsessentials.com and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the affected area

KŪBS reserves the right to request additional information in order to evaluate a claim.

Warranty Resolution

If KŪBS determines that the issue is covered under this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected packing cube; or
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable product if the original product is no longer available.

Replacement products may differ from the original product in color, materials, or design.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KŪBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

KŪBS reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements of this warranty policy.
